Here is a large house that suits a larger company, perfect for, for example, two families, as the house is on two floors. The house is in a leafy, tranquil setting and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Gullmarsfjord.

On each floor there are rooms with a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed - a total of ten beds.

Each floor has a TV corner, where there is a basic range for Swedish terrestrial television. If you have your own boxer card, you can of course bring it and use it in the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped and in the dining room / upper living room there is a dining area for 10-12 people.

Each floor has a bathroom with WC and shower.

To the house there is a large lawn that can be used by the tenant. A short walk (about 15 minutes) away is the swimming area.

The house is strategically close to many of the West Coast's many pearls: Grundsund, Fiskebäckskil, Strömstad, Grebbestad, Smögenbryggan, Nordens Ark og Lysekil. One hour from Gothenburg.
