Welcome to the Istaby holiday home!
The historic Istaby holiday home, built in 1840, offers over 200 m² of space for up to 16 people and is ideally located near the Baltic Sea in southern Sweden. With seven cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms, it is perfect for large groups and families. The spacious garden, part of which is fenced, is ideal for dogs.
Enjoy warm evenings by the fire pit in the garden, take trips to the nearby sandy beach, which is only 1.8 km away, or explore the area with the bicycles provided. The region offers numerous leisure opportunities, including hikes, boat trips to the island of Hanö and visits to historic cities such as Kalmar.
The house combines rustic charm with modern comfort, ideal for a relaxing holiday in Sweden. We look forward to welcoming you to Istaby!
The final cleaning is always carried out by a cleaning company. 3500 SEK is added to the rental price per booking. The host charges a deposit of 4000 SEK, which will be refunded to you if the property is inspected properly. Electricity and heating costs are billed on site at cost price of 3 SEK/kWh and according to consumption. Bed linen/towels are available for 170 SEK/set. If you are travelling with a dog, there is an additional dog fee of 600 SEK.
