Top holiday home at the West Coast of Sweden

This large and beautiful holiday home is placed at a large nartural property of 3200 square meters, providing the domicile a peacful location and a place where you won´ t be disturbed.
We are here in Kullavik at the West Coast of Sweden, south of Gothenburg (Göteborg) and Kungsbacka.
It takes you about ten minutes´ walk to reach the marina with excellent opportunities for swimming, both for children and for adults. A small hut which is about 15 meters away from the beach (see picture) can also be used after prior consultation.

The holiday home has a living space of about 160 square meters, has been completely renovated in 2010 and consists of six rooms. There are three bedrooms with six beds, two large living rooms, one of them completely with wood panel and done up in the old Swedish "Dala Style". The kitchen includes among other things a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and hot-water tank. The washroom has a shower and a sauna. A large terrace is facing the west.
