holiday family home in southwest Sweden

In the south of the historic region of Västergötland we find this cozy holiday cottage called „Spången“. It has the charme of the scenery in Astrid Lindgren’s stories and is located near lake Fegen with canoe routes, bathing spots and fishing places.
Surrounded by nature, „Spången“ offers the perfect location for a nice family holiday. There are two bedrooms with two beds each on the upper floor and on the ground floor you find a big livingroom with kitchen and convertible couch.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and an extra cooker, an old iron stove as well as freezer and refrigerator.
In a separate little adjacent building we find the bathroom with shower and WC. From the property, you can see fields, meadows and forest, and with a little luck you can even see wild animals in the morning, amongst them even elks. Around the house there is a large meadow which offers a lot of space to play or relax or even barbecue.
The next bathing spot and fishing place is located at near lake Fegen. The near forests offer a lot to discover and good places to pick mushrooms and blueberries in the season.
But you don’t have to live on mushrooms and berries alone. The next supermarket is just 5 kilometers away from the cottage in the village Kalv.
If you want to spend your holidays with your family in a nice and quiet landscape, then Spången will be the perfect holiday accommodation for you!
