Description
This holiday house is located in Uthammer, a small holiday resort on the Baltic Sea directly on a bay with a wonderful archipelago.
The accommodation consists of three rooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds, the kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as shower and WC. In the living room there is a nice lounge area with fireplace and satellite TV.
Outside there is a seating area with garden furniture and barbecue, where one or another warm summer evening can withstand with safety. A sauna and a fireplace invite for cozy evenings in.
The great scissors area offshore Oskarshamn to Västervik is away from the house 400 m within walking distance. Jetty and boat dock are available.
The only 6 km away Figeholm offers shopping, the best baker, the there is a small harbor and a Museeum.
Looking for a little more "hustle", Oskarshamn is about 25 minutes by car. There is everything to offer a small town. Among others a bathhouse, several boutiques, post office, gas station restaurants, a marina. A daily run to the island of Gotland is possible by ferry or a boat trip to the "Blue Virgin" (Blå Jungfru), a small Baltic Sea island, with its unique flora.
Also, the Kingdom of Crystal, Boda Borg, Astrid Lindgren are ideal for a day trip when the weather is not inviting you for swimming and sunbathing.
Or how about with long fishing trips (smoke or grill the freshly caught fish directly in the garden), a Parti golf, mushroom picking, wonderful walks in the surrounding woods, small climbing park and many more.?

Welcome to Kråkelund, a charming holiday home in a unique location, at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of the stunning archipelago. Here you can enjoy spectacular views: on one side the open sea, on the other the fascinating archipelago landscape - the perfect place for a relaxing break.
The house
The approximately 70 m² house is ideal for couples and offers:
1 bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed.
Large sofa bed in the living room, if additional sleeping places are needed.
New, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay.
Modern ambience with cosy furnishings and a touch of Scandinavian flair.
TV with German and international channels as well as WIFI for relaxed streaming or working.
For families with children, the house is only partially suitable due to its direct location by the sea - children must be able to swim.
The special features
At the nearby marina in Figeholm you can rent motorboats for day trips (approx. 70 euros per day) and explore the archipelago on your own. A sauna and a private boat are not currently part of the house, but can be booked as an optional extra - please contact us in advance for this.
