Description
Welcome to a lovely summer house approximately 30 metres from Ronnebyån with proximity to nature and beautiful walking trails.
Here you stay in a small red house with forest just outside. The house is approximately 85 square metres. The house includes a guest cottage of approximately 30 square metres which has two bedrooms.
Approximately 30-40 metres from the house there is a small bathing area, there are also rowing boats to hire (the boats are hired from the nearby campsite). Here you can fish for perch, pike and zander.
The surroundings offer many lovely excursions. There are beautiful lakes and deep forests with berries and mushrooms.
Near the bathing area there is a summer café with home-baked bread.
To the nearest shop is approximately 9 km.
The nearest towns are Ronneby 25 km, Karlskrona 50 km and Karlshamn 40 km.
Räntemåla gård with, amongst other things, an elk park is located 6 km from Hjorthålan.
The accommodation offers a well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, cooker with oven, coffee maker, kettle, and microwave.
In the kitchen there is a large dining table with seating for 6-8 people.
From the kitchen you can access the terrace which has outdoor furniture, parasol and charcoal grill. Hall and shower room. In the shower room there is a washing machine.
On the second floor of the cottage there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
Electric heating is available in all rooms in the cottage. An open fireplace is in the living room.
The guest cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, sofa and table. In the garden there is parking for three cars.
Other things to note:
Bed linen and towels are not included.
Cleaning is not included, but can be purchased for 1000 SEK (paid on site upon arrival)
Electricity consumption costs are additional at 4 SEK per kWh (paid at checkout). One dog is allowed.
Rowing boats can be rented on-site at the campsite next door by the day.
