Why not a weekend, a short week or a whole week in a fantastic environment in the Karlskrona archipelago.
You live in a separate apartment on the upper floor of the landlord's holiday home of 80 square meters with its own separate entrance. It is located on Aspö in the Karlskrona archipelago.
The apartment theoretically accommodates 8-14 people depending on how many extra beds you want to put in. Optimal is 8 people. There are 4 double rooms with 140 beds in each room.
A pet/company, (dog) is welcome. The stairs up to the floor are unsuitable for larger dogs. (Steep)
Includes 2 hours of hot tub on 1 occasion (from 500 SEK/hour). Bicycles and bed linen are available for rent on site. The stairs to the sleeping loft are narrow and steep.
40 hp boat intended for the sea 5.20/2.20 with steering console, echo sounder, plotter, rod holder can be rented daily or weekly. Deposit 1000 SEK when renting the boat. In case you want to be more than 8 people, there is floor space for more at night through extra bed/s at an additional cost.
The apartment is centrally located on the east side of the island. 300m to Ica, 400m to Løkanabbens harbor and swimming area and 500m to Kastellet.
To dispose of on the plot which is included in the rent.
Boules court. (Real gravel court), Bouleklot, Dartboard, Kubb, Croquet, Outdoor table tennis (summer half), trampoline (summer half), 2 swings for children up to 8 years, sandbox with toys for smaller children.
Aspö is a "cycle island" with lots of small winding roads that lead down to cliffs and bathing areas more or less used during the summer.
You can get to the island by car/road ferry which takes about 25 minutes and is free of charge. Within 1-5 minutes walk/cycling from the house there is a shop (containing pharmacy/post/system company), swimming, restaurant, café, pony riding, tennis court, driving ranche, marina/guest harbor, studios, massage/small spa, gym.
The ferry docks in Karlskrona center which means that shopping is just walking distance away.
