Welcome to the beautiful town Vikingstad. Here you live centrally but still rural near E4: and Linköping city. To Linköping you will reach 6 minutes by commuter train every 15 minutes, to Norrköping, 33 min to Motala, 11 min to Mjölby) or 10 minutes by car for shopping or for visiting the Air Force Museum, Old Linköping, Bergs Slussar (Göta Kanal), Valla leisure area (riding school, museums, small zoo) & high class golf course. To Kolmårdens Djurpark (Bamses World) and Astrid Lindgren's World, you will take you by car within an hour. Mantorpstravet & Mantorps Park is only 8.8 km away.

In a quiet walk you have 800 meters to the swimming pool and the leisure center Valkebo where temperate pools (3 different sizes), nice gym tracks, tennis and football plans are available as a framework in the village. Within 10 km you have another bathing place. You live next door to the scout and culture house, which offers craft and live music every Thursday in the summer.
