Charming small holiday home with a fantastic view of the sea!
”Havsnära paradis” is the name of this small and charming holiday home with a really high degree of cosiness and fantastic panoramic view of the sea.
The holiday home has a living space of 30 square meters and in addition a glazed outside area and includes a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed as well as a combined living room/kitchen. The glazed outside area includes a dining table for four persons. In the living room you will also find a corner sofa bed for up to two persons as well as TV with video and DVD player and a radio. The offer will be completed by a terrace with grill, dining table and a beautiful view.
Only 100 meters away from the house there is a sandy bathing beach with footbridge, trampoline and - depending on the season - opportunity for shrimps fishing. From the place to park you will reach the holiday home via a staircase or over a steep slope you will reach the beach down by the water. Therefore the holiday home is not suited for persons with walking difficulties. After 10 minutes´ drive you will reach the locality of Svanesund with supermarket, restaurant, bank, pizzeria and all the everyday necessities.
