A fresh renovated and charming villa with modern decor and good standard, including dishwasher, washing machine, broadband and TV. The villa has a good heating and is even in the winter pleasant and comfortable. At the plot boundary is a river called Silverån. There, it's good to go canoeing and is an experience for families with children or unaccompanied. A canoe belonging to the house and goes to borrow.
On a meadow behind the house together the three sheep Shaun, Sotis and Ronjo. They are very popular with children and adults and loves to be patted. There are various destinations in the surroundings. This is among other things Elk Park in Malilla, Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's World, Noisy, Katthult mm. Enjoy the tranquility and experience in this lovely villa at Silverån in Småland.
