    Description

    Peace and relaxation at a Swedish farmstead!

    To relax in a best possible way and to recover your strength, that is promised by this charming holiday home with a living space of 80 square meters, which has been completely renovated in 2015 and which includes two floors. Although there are electrical heating elements in the house, the kitchen, which is furnished/equipped with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and combined fridge/freezer, nevertheless has a wood-burning oven to get a nostalgic feeling. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2018 with new appliances and is even equipped for 10 persons.

    The bathroom (renovated in 2018) includes a shower cubicle and a washing machine. In the living room there is a fireplace,satellite TV with video and radio. On the upper floor you will find eight places to sleep, distributed over two bedrooms. A baby cot can be rented when required. There is a newly built wooden deck at the back of the house with outdoor furniture

    In the outside area there is a grill, and for the children a swing will be found at the property.
    An own bathing lake with barbecue area is 900 meters away from the house. At this lake you can also excellently go fishing for pike, perch, eel etc. Here you will also have access to an own rowing boat.

    The surrounding landscape offers a lot of opportunities to discover and to go exploring the forests which are rich in berries and mushrooms as well as the pastureland and fields. Those people who want to go fishing for noble fish, will find excellent fishing waters two kilometers away, a public bathing beach is three kilometers away from the holiday home. As destinations in the nearer surrounding could be recommended the World of Glass or the baroque town of Karlskrona.

    Upper floor (40 sqm) with totally 8 beds (1. with 4 single beds, 2. with double bed and 2 single beds). 2 extra beds and baby bed are rentable.
