Welcome to rent this nice holiday house of 40 sqm at Gotland's largest and finest beach Tofta.
This accommodation is located in a quiet child-friendly area with playground and large green areas.
It consists of kitchen / living room, bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The house is completely renovated with new furniture 2016/2017.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, micro, coffee maker and all that is needed in a kitchen, there is also a ministereo with aux and a tv receiver.
In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the living room a sofa bed of 140 cm. On the patio which is about 20 sqm there is a food group, lounge area and barbecue.
To Tofta sea bath it is 1300m / 15min walk and there are several nice stretches to choose from down to the beautiful beach.
There you will also find the popular After Beach, restaurants and a grocery store.
Gnisvärds fishing village is a 20 min walk away with small fine fishing cottages, the family restaurant Gnisvärd 110 and child-friendly sandy beach.
Visby is 18 km, the bus is about 800 m from the house and Visby GK is 7 km. The Smågårde area is also next door with a very well-kept miniature golf, an auction hall and about 1 km away is a baked bakery with cakes and cookies.
