This holiday home is an annex building with two rooms, kitchen, hall, shower/WC and is completely furnished for 6 persons.
The living room includes a dining table, sofa and TV/DVD. The bedroom is furnished/equipped with all beds.
Outside you can even see a little shimmer of the Öresund bridge if the weather is fine. You will have access to an outside seating area with opportunity for a barbecue and a place to park for 1-2 cars.

You will live here not far away from the nature reserve of "Billebjer" and close to the hiking area of "Skrylle" and 2 km away from the "Södra Dalby Skog" (national park).

The distance to the university town of Lund is about 7 kilometers which you can completely cover by means of cycle pathes. 3 km away you will find Dalby with a shopping center and a heated outdoor pool.

The area has a very charming and peaceful scenery, the nearest lake is about 400 meters away from the house (an old quarry) and the Rögle fishponds can also be reached by walking, in case you want to try your luck and go fishing for noble fish.

This holiday home is perfectly suited for nature lovers who also want to have the vicinity to towns like Lund and Malmö and to beautiful Österlen.
